About Me

I am a Mexican Artist/Designer currently residing in Portland, Oregon. My work as a visual storyteller is whimsical, playful and colorful. It is inspired by my life journey which started out in Taxco, Mexico, a city known for its steep hills, cobblestone streets, whitewashed buildings, and vintage VW beetles. Eye candy galore! My journey continued into NJ, then NYC where I earned a degree in Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design at FIT. Next, my trek took me to Fairfield Iowa (home of transcendental meditation), CA, and now, a proud resident of Portland:) My life and work are ruled by color and art. A passion for illustration has influenced my focus on brand illustration systems and my reawakened interest in animation. I prefer working for small studios where I can work on a variety of tasks and diversify my skill set.
